Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 125 gram Basmati Rice
  • 50 gram Carrots, diced
  • 50 gram Beans, diced
  • 50 gram Capsicum, diced
  • 1 Celery stalk, diced
  • 1 Spring Onion, chopped
  • 5 gram White Pepper
  • 10 ml Sunflower Oil
  • 10 gram Soy Sauce
  • 1 gram Salt
  • 2 gram Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the Basmati rice in cold water and soak for 15 minutes. Drain the water and cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • In a wok or large frying pan, heat the sunflower oil over high heat.
  • Add the diced vegetables – carrots, beans, capsicum, celery, and spring onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.
  • Add the cooked Basmati rice to the wok and stir-fry with the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the soy sauce, salt, and sugar to the wok and mix well.
  • Sprinkle the white pepper over the rice and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
