Ingredients
- 125 gram Basmati Rice
- 50 gram Carrots, diced
- 50 gram Beans, diced
- 50 gram Capsicum, diced
- 1 Celery stalk, diced
- 1 Spring Onion, chopped
- 5 gram White Pepper
- 10 ml Sunflower Oil
- 10 gram Soy Sauce
- 1 gram Salt
- 2 gram Sugar
Instructions
- Rinse the Basmati rice in cold water and soak for 15 minutes. Drain the water and cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a wok or large frying pan, heat the sunflower oil over high heat.
- Add the diced vegetables – carrots, beans, capsicum, celery, and spring onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.
- Add the cooked Basmati rice to the wok and stir-fry with the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, salt, and sugar to the wok and mix well.
- Sprinkle the white pepper over the rice and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
